What does Xerculis do?
We run e-commerce for brands: Amazon from account setup to daily management, plus Walmart, Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop and brand websites. You can book a single service or hand us the whole operation.
Who do you work with?
Brands selling to customers in the US and Europe, from first-time sellers to companies with large catalogs and several marketplaces.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the work. Wasted ad spend can often be cut within the first weeks. Ranking and organic sales take longer, typically a few months, because they build on sales history.
What are ACOS and TACOS?
ACOS is ad spend divided by the sales those ads produced. TACOS is ad spend divided by all sales, including organic ones. TACOS shows better whether ads are helping the whole business grow.
Do we keep ownership of our accounts and data?
Always. We work through the user permissions each platform offers. You remain the owner and can remove our access at any time.
How do you report?
A short written summary every week, a monthly call and a shared change log. Larger packages add quarterly planning reviews.
How are you paid?
Through a monthly package or a fixed project price agreed in advance. See the pricing page for how the packages differ.
Are you part of Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy or TikTok?
No. Xerculis is an independent company. We work with these platforms on our clients’ behalf.

Who is consulting a good fit for?
Brands with someone in-house running Amazon who want expert input without handing over the account, and companies deciding whether Amazon is worth the investment.
How long does a new listing take?
Most single listings are ready in a few working days once we have your product details.
How is this different from ads management?
Ads management focuses on Amazon’s ad platform. This service plans everything that brings shoppers to your products, ads included.
Which systems can you connect?
Common ERPs and warehouse systems such as NetSuite, SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics, plus most established EDI providers.
Is Walmart advertising worth it?
For many categories, yes, as competition is lower than on Amazon. We check your category first.
Can you move our existing store to Shopify?
Yes. We move products, customers, order history and redirects from platforms like WooCommerce, Wix or Squarespace.
How long does onboarding usually take?
It depends on the marketplace and how quickly documents are ready. Most straightforward cases take from a few days to around two weeks.
Is the copy written by AI?
Drafts may start with AI, but every listing is edited and approved by a person before it goes live.
What ad spend do you work with?
We work with modest budgets as well as larger ones. The right budget depends on your category and margins, which we look at in the audit.
What is included in account management?
Day-to-day operations, listing upkeep, case handling and account health, with ads and creative available in the same plan.
Can I reuse my Amazon listings on Walmart?
They are a good starting point, but Walmart has its own rules and search behaviour, so they need adapting.
Is Etsy right for my products?
Etsy suits handmade, vintage, craft supplies and design-led products. We will tell you honestly if your range fits Etsy’s rules.
